Description

● Pomegranate trees are easy to grow and produce many fruits each year. Current prices vary but the average is $4.00 per pomegranate; your investment could be recouped in one season. Pomegranates do not have to have cross-pollinate to produce fruit, but research shows an increase in fruit production when multiple trees are planted in close proximity. The pomegranate tree grows to an average height of ten feet, is heat tolerant, cold tolerant, and low maintenance; it prefers full sun (though will tolerate light shade), and grows in USDA zones 6 through 10, making this medicinal fruit plant a must-have in all Prepper gardens.

● Pomegranate trees are a Prepper garden necessity as the fruit has many different health benefits. Pomegranates can be consumed right off the tree, or in ripening times the fruit can be juiced to increase the storage time.
